The first version of Arma-Derm cream was inspired by a simple yet effective formula traditionally used for patients undergoing X-ray therapy. The combination of sweet almond oil enriched with 4% Vitamin E proved to be a potent solution for combating dryness and regenerating skin damaged by radiation.
As we progressed, I realized that modern science offers a deeper understanding of the skin's barrier architecture and the crucial role of the microbiome. This knowledge inspired me to upgrade the formula, making it more globally effective in restoring and plumping the skin barrier.
I introduced Aquaxyl™, a prebiotic we previously used in our Hydra-Fill Deep Hydration Active Serum, which significantly increases the skin's water-holding capacity while suppressing the growth of flaking microorganisms.
